At Renee Taylor Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase; if you are not entirely happy, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
